Peruvian Coffee

This coffee comes from the Cooperativa Agraria Cafetalera La Florida in the Selva Central region of Peru. The co-op focuses on improving the quality of life of farmers in the region and the sustainability of their farming practices. You can expect a full bodied brew with medium aroma, medium brightness, and very subtle sweet, chocolate, and floral flavors. A dark roast is not recommended because of the delicateness of the flavors. Works best as a medium roast. Certified as fairtrade organic.
