Nicaraguan Coffee

From the Flor de Café co-op of the Murra region, this coffee is a riddle wrapped in a mystery inside an enigma (with apologies to Churchill). It is full of wonderful flavors, but you will be hard-pressed to identify specifically which ones. It has an excellent aroma, and the enigmatic mix of flavors would probably best be described as herbal. It makes a really nice contrast against our offering from the Chiapas region of Mexico. Works well as a medium or dark roast. Certified as fairtrade organic.
