Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Coffee

Ethiopian coffees are a favorite among coffee aficionados, and not without good reason. Our favorite Ethiopian coffee comes from the region of Yirgacheffe and is produced by the Oromia Coffee Farmers Cooperative Union. It is from an indigenous heirloom Arabica variety that produces (arguably) the best coffee on the planet. Exceptional brightness, rich body, and famously full of flavors--including blueberry, tropical fruits, and caramelized sweetness. Works well as a medium or dark roast. Certified as fairtrade organic.
